At BUILT2MOVE, training is shaped around the individual – not the other way around.
We work with adults of all abilities through personal training and small group sessions that adapt to how you move, learn, and progress. Sessions are supportive, flexible, and focused on building strength, confidence, and long-term movement – at a pace that feels right for you.
Working in partnership with support services
Built2Move works in partnership with care providers, day services, and community organisations to deliver structured, inclusive fitness sessions for adults with additional support needs.
Sessions can be delivered as ongoing contract work or short-term programmes, tailored to the needs of each group. We focus on safe movement, strength development, confidence, and consistency – creating sessions that support both physical health and wider wellbeing.
